I hate to say it, but the cooler days are definitely on their way. I think there may still be a glimpse of summer left…but for me, it’s all about getting my wardrobe sorted for autumn.
I am loving a touch of double denim, even more so if it’s distressed. As you’ll remember from my Rips & Stripes blog post a couple of months ago, I picked up my raw edge, ripped knee jeans from Mango when I was over in Spain this summer.
My latest addition to my denim collection is this embroidered denim jacket from BooHooMAN. They actually have a great selection of embroidered jackets but this dragon inspired one really caught my eye. If you follow me on social media, you will know that I spent last weekend at Creamfields, I knew it was going to be rainy and cold so I wanted something that would keep me warm whilst still adding to my festival style. This jacket was absolutely perfect, I love the pop of colour and detail that the embroidery adds. You can pick this very jacket up for £32 by clicking here.
I also picked up a licensed Young Thug tee - it’s an oversized fit and I and loving the oversized comfortable band t-shirt look right now. This tee is available for £14.40 here.
I thought with the red accent on the tee and the red detailing on the jacket, that I would wear my red Nikes. I have had these for absolutely years but they are still in really good condition and are one of the comfiest pairs of sneakers that I own.
I finished the outfit off with a simple gold chain from ASOS, this was only £8 and I can’t imagine it is going to last ages, but it does add a nice bit of detail to the look. You can pick this up here.
